Can I get a refund/ cancel my order?

We will cancel and refund your order if:

• The activation key has not been revealed to the customer on their DreamGame account

We will not cancel and refund an order if:

• You are not satisfied with the game
• You have bought the wrong game by accident
• Your system does not meet he minimum system requirements, which you can find on every product page
• You have purchased a game that is not available for activation in your country
