• Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code for.
• Select and open the Store app from the Home screen. If the Store app is not visible, go to “My games & apps,” select “Apps,” and then the Store app.
• In the Store app, move the cursor to the left or press the “View” button on your controller to open the side menu.
• From that menu, select “Redeem.”
Enter the code and follow the prompts.
